Banana Bread Cookies

Ingredients (Makes around 8x Cookies):
1 Large Banana, mashed.
1 Cup of Oats.
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips.
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Blend oats in food processor until a flour consistency is reached.
In a large bowl combine the oats with the mashed banana until well mixed and smooth. Add in 1/4 cup of your favourite addition (chocolate chips were used here, as well as 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla extract).
Line a baking tray with baking paper and lightly spray with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place 1 Tablespoon worth of dough on baking tray and flatten slightly, repeat until all dough is used. Allow some space between cookies.
Bake for around 10 minutes or until cookies are set. Once done, remove from oven and cool cookies on a wire rack. Dust with Chocolate Cinnamon Scroll Dust Physique Seasoning. Cookies will keep in air tight container for 3-4 days.
