We do not provide straight refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind once your products have been ordered and/or received.
If your product is faulty or damaged in a considerable manner, please contact us at email@example.com and we can organise an exchange if deemed appropriate.
NOTE: Product must be unopened and in original packaging.
We ask that you please inform us within 14 working days from the date of order placement if any exchanges due to damaged or faulty goods are requested. This is to ensure that we are able to follow the correct procedures.
